DAY OF HOUSE RENTAL PACKAGE ADD-ON
If the couple would like to use additional space in the house beyond the M&D Farm Suite, so that the main wedding party can get ready on-site, we offer a Day Of House Rental package at an additional cost. This package add-on can be confirmed when the event date gets closer.
Details:
Check-in time from 10am. Check-out time when the event is finished.
Besides the bridal suite and its adjacent full bathroom, wedding party will be able to use:
- The rest of the downstairs portion of the house (kitchen graveled patio and deck behind the house area, included).
- Plus 2 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs to get ready (guests registered in the house arrive at M & D farm already showered). Master bedroom is not included in this package.
- Client(s) that use this option can bring food for the day, have it delivered or use the caterer's concierge food service. Cooking is not allowed in the kitchen.
Mario and Daniel will be present in the house assisting guests on any questions they may have.
Price: $1,900 plus 8% tax.
Payment: 120 days before the event.
Note: M&D Farm kindly ask the client to leave the house in an orderly manner.
