In-house Design and Planning Assistance plus “Day Of” Coordination

SERVICES START FROM DAY ONE…

This package includes (but not limited):

- Phone and email planning and communication sessions

- Basic styling, design and planning advice

- Assistance with event design, theme and décor execution

- Assistance with budget development and management

- Assistance with vendor selection of ceremony, music, flowers, transportation, photographer etc.

- Assistance with vendor relations

- Itinerary planning, timeline and etiquette guidelines

- Final confirmation with vendors via walk through of timeline and directions for ceremony

- “DAY OF COORDINATION”

- Coordination of site visit meetings with vendors.

  • Review logistics for the “Day of”

  • Floor plan schematics for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception.

  • Timeline layout and implementation

- Wedding Coordination and planning of rehearsal ceremony

- Complimentary 60 minute booking time for day prior to the event to run a rehearsal ceremony (scheduling permitting)

- Assisting ceremony rehearsal with couple and coordinating with officiant

- Tracking and organizing all vendor deliveries and rentals at M&D Farm from Thursday to Saturday.

- Coordinating / directing vendor arrivals the day of from first AM (caterers, florists, hair stylists, etc...)

- Arrange all moves including all floor moves, props, etc for event 

- Coordinate with caterer set up and breakdown of ceremony chairs, dining tables and chairs 

- Oversee all details of floral, table set up, etc to ensure flawless execution, attention to detail, and standards are met 

- Tracking and welcoming bus shuttles and direct parking area

- Direct guest flow to different areas as needed based on timeline

- Coordinate with musicians / DJ wedding party introductions, first dance, speeches etc...

- Placing / lighting client provided candles on the tables in the lounging areas and in lanterns around the property

- Direction / coordination of ceremony procession and recession the day of

- Available and present for the entire event to assist or answer any questions 

- Ensure end of event breakdown, clean up, transportation and all closing activities run smoothly 

- Organizing all rentals’ pick-ups from M&D Farm a day after the event.

NOTE: M&D Farm’s Design and Planning Assistance plus “Day Of” Coordination Services don't include candles, flowers, floral arrangements, floral / prop / candles dining table set ups or floral-greenery layouts. M&D Farm floral table decor is available at an additional price. 

DESIGN AND PLANNING ASSISTANCE PLUS “DAY OF” COORDINATION SERVICE fee: $2,900 plus 8% tax. Payment Schedule: A retainer of  50% of the fee is due when signing this document. Remaining fees are due 120 days prior to the event or wedding. *All retainers / payments / fees paid to date are non refundable.
